Reflection
The policy paper was the first I’ve ever written like that. As with so much of what I did/learned, investigating the state of eLearning for my district was incredibly timely due to the pandemic. My favorite part was interviewing one of the technology education specialists for my district. She was such a fabulous resource and gave me such insight into the history of the school system and the progress the schools have made in regards to technology. Her enthusiasm was contagious! The reflection paper asked me to think back upon the technology integration plan I created. As with many projects I completed in 2020 and 2021, I wondered about the impact of the pandemic and how things could have been different. There were a few things I wanted to change about the project -- mainly how I designed the survey -- but as a whole it was an interesting learning process.
