My Professional LifeHello! I'm Libby King, and this is my portfolio for MEDT 7490. It is also a repository for the work I completed for my Masters in Education in Instructional Technology in 2012 and who I was at that point. An older and newer resume is also available.
Who am I now? Basically the same person, although my job field and aspirations changed. I am currently a special educational teacher in the Georgia Network of Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS), which serves students with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities who require structure and suppoort beyond what is found in the general education setting in order to be successful. I am the high school science teacher and, as of this year, the high school ELA teacher, which makes me responsible for -- wait for it -- TWELVE different courses/subjects. Life is fun. |
